Play Nine, The Card Game of Golf, is the first project designed and produced by Double A Productions, Inc.

Partners, Ceil Anderson and Kathy Assell, reside in the Fox River Valley area, 40 miles west of Chicago, Illinois. They both enjoy playing golf and cards with friends. Inspired by a group of elementary school friends, they began designing a card game. Their enthusiasm for developing the game grew on the 19th hole. Double A Productions incorporated in 2004.

In March of 2006 Double A Productions licensed Bonfit America, Inc. as the exclusive world wide distributor of Play Nine.
